Please try the following steps:
1. Confirm if you have signed all the necessary agreements first
2. Delete your cookies, cache and history
3. Logout (wait for 5 minutes) and log back in
4. Try hitting the refresh button on your browser
5. Use another browser (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome work best)
If all else fails please go to AVA in your Arise portal to get technical assistance. She is the lady in teal on the bottom right in Arise. To speak to a live agent you can type 100, hit enter, type 100 again, hit enter again.
