Why am I getting an error when I try to login to Arise?

This is a fairly common error experienced when logging on to the Arise platform
To troubleshoot this from your end please:
1. Clear your browser data (cookies)
2. Restart your browser
3. If not resolved please google 'Arise login' and you should see the results circled below, either of these links will take you to the Arise login. Sometimes the portal link doesn't work so you will want to try to access it through the registration link below it.
If the issue still persists, please submit a ticket at the top right of this screen to have a STAR Admin Support Specialist reach out to you within 1-2 business to help resolve this issue.
