How do I submit a ticket in Arise?

Use the link below to login to your Arise Portal. On the bottom right you will see the Arise Virtual Assistant wearing teal. Her name is AVA.

When you click on here you will get options to pick a category that best fits your needs for support.

LOGIN TO ARISE HERE

You will use AVA troubleshooting support when you are servicing a client and experience technical issues with client software or personal issues with your equipment/internet while servicing.

Keep the ticket number they give you when AVA Support creates an Incident (INC) Ticket.
