Why do I need to send an invoice to STAR Team?

STAR provides a myriad of services to you including: management, accounting, client advocacy, training, coaching, resources, support, and more. 

However, we are invested in helping you prepare to start and run a successful business. This means you need to keep track of your expenses and operate some things on your own. 

You will have to pay taxes at the end of the year so keeping accurate records is essential. Additionally, invoicing is how you will get paid! 

Update: effective 8/25/22 and onward customer service professionals working through our agency do not need to submit an invoice for payment.
