How Do I Create An Invoice in Freshbooks?

1. You will get an Earnings Report from a STAR Accounting Specialist on the BLUE date’s highlighted in your Pay Calendar.

2. Login to the Account you set up in Freshbooks.com when you completed your Onboarding Paperwork.


3. Select the “Add a Client” to select or input the below information: Stressless Ebiz LLC 150 Washington Avenue, Suite 20, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, United States


4. Select “Add a Line” and enter your Client Name and your Title in the description. Also continue to add your pay rate, and hours from the Earnings Report. Then add any other lines provided on your Earnings Report so that the amount total on your Invoice matches your Earnings Report.


5. Select “Send to” at the top right in GREEN and e-mail your invoice to: [email protected]


You will receive your direct deposit on the GREEN date on the Pay Calendar that is next after the BLUE date that you got your Earnings Report.



PLEASE NOTE: STAR aims to have your money deposited ON the green day. However, your bank's processing speed could mean that you receive it a day early or a day late.


You will need to upgrade your Freshbooks account when your Free Trial expires. The 'Lite' Plan will work just fine for our program but you are free to upgrade to larger accounts. You can upgrade your account by selecting the cog wheel in Freshbooks on the top left in BLUE next to your picture. 


If you do not still have a copy of your Pay Calendar please SUBMIT A TICKET HERE to request a new one.

Additionally, you can find these instructions again on page 3 of your Pay Calendar.


Update: effective 8/25/22 and onward customer service professionals working through our agency do not need to submit an invoice for payment.
