Why can't I access Certification on STARDash?

After you have completed orientation on STARDash, there is a 48 hour waiting period before you are enrolled in Certification. This allows you the extra time to complete your Next Steps and allows Arise time to process your account registration. You will receive an email when you are successfully enrolled in Certification.
Keep in mind: If you completed orientation at 6:35PM, you will be enrolled in certification at 6:35PM two days later (48 hours).
