My STARDash password is not working

If your STARDash password is not working, there are a couple of things you can try:

1) Clear browser history and cache.
2) Remember your password is case sensitive and be sure you've capitalized the appropriate letters.
3) Reset your password - please see images above.
4) Request a password reset via ticket (typically can take up to 2 business days, however it's usually much faster.)
