What Is An Interval?

Why Does Arise Use Intervals?

Last Update hace 2 años

An Interval is simply a different way of saying '30 minutes'.

For example, if a client says:

'Your minimum service requirement is 30 intervals a week'

what they mean is:

'Your minimum service requirement is 15 hours a week'.

30 minutes x 2 = 1 hour

Arise uses intervals because Independent Contractors can pick up hours with their Client in 30 minute segments (intervals). They do this to keep your scheduling flexible.

You can learn more about scheduling and commitment adherence by logging into your Arise Portal and checking out the Knowledge Zone. You can go to your Arise Home Screen > Support Tab > Knowledge Zone.
