What is a huddle? Is it required?

A huddle is a meeting put together by clients on the Arise Servicing Platform. 

You will receive invites to huddles while you are in training through e-mails sent by your client trainers/mentors/QAPF.

During these meetings you can learn about new processes, network with other agents, and learn new strategies to help you be successful with your client. You will also be given the opportunity to role play as if you are assisting an actual customer. (A great hands on learning experience)

Huddle attendance is not required but is highly suggested.
