How do I access my client training class?

You can see your class link in Arise under My Programs in teal letters under your enrolled opportunity.
You should received a welcome e-mail from your Client Instructor within 3 days of your class start date. Please check your spam/junk folders as well.
If you do not see an e-mail from your client instructor by your first day of class you can reach out to AVA in Arise. She is the lady in teal at the bottom right when you login to your Arise portal.
To get to a live agent in Arise you can type 100, hit enter, type 100 again, and hit enter.
