What happens if I do not submit an invoice?

Your pay will be pushed to the next pay period if you do not submit an invoice on the red date in your Pay Calendar. 


If you forget to submit your invoice in time and need to get paid before the next pay period then you will need to refer to your Enrollment Paperwork in regards to fees associated with requesting a rush on your pay for forgetting to submit your invoice. Maintaining your invoices and FreshBooks platform as an Independent Contractor is crucial to your financial success as a self-employed individual!


Update: effective 8/25/22 and onward customer service professionals working through our agency do not need to submit an invoice for payment.
