What does it mean to put an interval up for Swap?

Starmatic provides the option to put your selected service intervals up for swap so that another agent can pick them up.

1. If an interval is put up for swap and is selected by another CSP (customer service provider), the original service interval is now released and will not affect your Commitment Adherence.

2. If an interval is placed for Swap but is NOT selected by another CSP, you are still responsible for servicing your scheduled interval. You can also choose to release the interval, but this will negatively affect your CA.

Please note that you cannot put an interval up for swap until it is within the 48 hour window from which the interval is scheduled.
