If you are servicing a client from the Arise Platform, having technical issues, and are unable to service your intervals, contact Arise Technical Support to help fix your technical issue. Use AVA to transfer you to tech support.
AVA is the lady in teal on the bottom right when you login into your Arise Portal.
Individual waivers for technical issues diagnosed by AVA Technical Support that prevent an agent from servicing will be automatically applied within 2 business days of the technical support visit.
