Why does my Arise show "Pending" status?

Once you have completed the first step of your Arise Registration through the information and video guide on STARDash and are in a pending status it is time to just keep an eye on your Arise account.
Check on it a couple times a day to see if you can move onto the
next step.
Pending status approvals take 2-8 business hours each and you will go through 2 different pending statuses.
1. After you have been validated with STAR Support (first pending status) you will be prompted to sign your documents in Arise when you login.
2. After you have signed your documents you will be in another pending status to be finalized by STAR Support. This will take 2-8 business hours.
Once you can see all the opportunities available again when you login to your Arise Platform you are ready to move on to selecting a client!
