Arise does not provide STAR Team Agency with results of your assessment.
To better your chances of passing an assessment, think back to what skills you think you could improve upon. These may include typing, customer service, phone skills, etc. Practice those skills based on the experience you had during your failed assessment.
For example, if you think your typing skills could use some polishing, you can Google free typing test websites. Monkeytype.com is an excellent free resource to hone your typing skills!
If you failed your assessment on Arise you must wait 30 days to attempt to take it again. It cannot be reset. You can visit STAR Team Agency's job board to see there are any supplemental opportunities until then by going to starteamagency.com/jobs. If the website shows a 404 error the site is under maintenance. Please try the link again in 24 hours.
