1. You will want to do is open a tech ticket with AVA in Arise (She is the lady in teal on the bottom right when you log into Arise).
2.You will want to let your client QAPF know. (This is the contact person for your client that your trainer gave you)

Individual waivers for technical issues diagnosed by AVA Technical Support that prevent an agent from servicing will be automatically applied within 2 business days of the technical support visit. To check the status of tech tickets with Arise please go to AVA.
