You are not an employee of STAR Team Agency. You are an independent contractor, but we can verify your contract and earnings if you meet ALL of the following qualifications:
We do not complete work verification forms for a person who has onboarded and is in client training only.
- You MUST have an active SOW with a client.
- Your SOW must be signed and all your documents must be completed This includes your W9, Service Disclosure and Direct Deposit form.
- You must provide service for a minimum of 30 hours and submit an invoice for at least one pay period.
We do not complete work verification forms for a person who has onboarded and is in client training only.
You must be actively servicing a client. Any requests from non-servicing agents will be declined.
To request a letter for work verification purposes, please complete the following form and someone will contact you within 2-3 business days.
Under Company Name please provide the client you are servicing currently.
