You will need to access your Client’s hub. 


Go to your Arise portal > Reference Tab > select the program crowdhub or knowledgehub. 


This is where you will get important tools and updates.


If you get a ‘Bloomfire error message’ contact AVA for technical support. AVA is the lady in teal on the bottom right in Arise.
