I failed Identity Verification. What now?

Arise uses the Experian Credit Bureau to verify your information. If you have failed the identity verification step, this could be for several reasons:


1) You have never opened any credit accounts (have no credit) such as financed a car, home, credit cards, utility bills, etc.

2) You may have a "Credit Freeze" on your account (which means you cannot apply for credit - or be verified).

3) You may have been a victim of Identity Theft (& not even know it).

If you cannot get the above issues resolved you will not be able pass identity verification and will need to select a client (if available) that does not do identity verification in the enrollment process.
