Do I need a landline phone in order to service clients?

Some clients do require landline phones, also known as POTS, and others do not. Please read your opportunity announcement carefully!

Keep in mind that you will most likely not need the landline until the second week or sometimes the end of training for some client programs (check with your OA to coordinate installations).

Some service providers do have landline POTS phones that plug into the modem of your computer.

Tip: After you read the Opportunity Announcement thoroughly, contact your internet/phone service provider and make sure that you have all the necessary requirements. Also, most clients will need no call waiting or voicemail on your phone line.
