What happens when I've reached my SOW end date?

Your initial contract with a client in the Arise Portal is 60 days. This is similar to a probationary period in a traditional employment setting. When the contract ends and those first 60 days are up, you can either continue to pick up hours (which will simply continue your contract as open ended provided you are meeting client servicing standards) -OR- you can choose to drop the client when the SOW expires without repercussions (ex. having to wait 30 days before enrolling in a new client).
